CannaYoga is an all level exploration based practice. Classes focus on turning inward, within a community and pairing your elevated state of being towards deepening stretches and relaxing.
Starting with slow stretching on your mat and easing up into slow-flow sun salutations and finishing up with some releasing yin back down on the mat
The Yin to your Yang life. This class is a slow stretchy on your mat practice. Using props like blocks, straps and blankets you will slowly ease into stretches that are held for between 2-6 minutes.
